This modular cinch  strap is designed to reroute the shoulder pads of a pack down the front  of your IBA, MTV, or other body armor to ease chafe, bleeding and nerve  damage keeping the pressure off of your armpits and allowing you to  quickly drop your pack with a single, quick release buckle.
